1990 - Present:
- Independent consulting geologist for international oil companies and energy suppliers
involved in E&P projects in North Africa, Central Mediterranean, Europe and Central Asia
as well as exploration-oriented training and workshops.
- Since 2000 geological advisor for Berlin subsurface gasstorage facility (Bunter aquifer)
- Since 2006 various studies on the geological potential of deep geothermal wellsites
1986 - 1990:
Scientific assistant with Prof. Dr. Volker Jacobshagen at the Institute
of Geology of the Free University of Berlin. Member of the DFG-funded research project "Mobility of Active Continental Margins". Basic research with emphasis on the Jurassic of the Atlas mountains (Central Morocco).
